Redesigned VXA interface to use more of a process model;
wrote shared-library versions of most of the native decoders;
zip/unzip aren't updated yet though.

created new vx32 target for gcc-4.0.0 and binutils-1.16.1,
in order to fix gcc so it never emits x87 code.
